Nearly a year ago I went to Dr Douglas Grahams 80/10/10 rv Simply Delicious Culinary Skills week in Sedro Woolley Washington!!

Between the amazingly informative fun and funny Lectures Doug Gives, The amazing Raw Food Demos’ Classes and Meals the Whole FoodnSport Staff Puts together and the Amazing friendships, feelings and lessons that one can learn and grow with I really cant Recommend this Course highly enough. Having been on a simple raw food diet for 7 years at that point (2011 culinary skills week), having already been deemed a “high calibre” 811 and Raw Chef, I learnt a Ton!!

If I learnt a ton and loved it so so so so much I know you will too!!
