Well well well, its the beginning of April and time to Donate half of all Donations from my Ebook to a charity Chosen by you! Well Ok only a few people forwarded a favorite charity so I picked one that stuck out to me this time, I do hope there will be more votes for the next donation two months from now.

SOooo Drumroll, this bi monthly Charity give away goes to The “Organic Farming Research Foundation” https://ofrf.org .

Their mission:

To foster the improvement and widespread adoption of organic farming systems

Accomplished by:

  • Sponsoring organic farming research and education & outreach projects through our competitive grant making program;
  • Disseminating the results of OFRF-funded research and education projects to organic farmers and to growers interested in adopting organic production systems; and
  • Educating the public and decision-makers about organic farming issues.

I am happy to help bring about their aims, check them out and feel free at any time to reach out with any charities you love. I would really like to build a list of excellent charities 🙂

To the video!!!

Starting off with my Brand new intro!!!

So stoked to rock the awesome animated graphic intro/outro my friend Mike Bishop and Jeremy Pettit from https://mikebishop.tv made for me as a partial trade for my services as a raw vegan lifestyle coach last summer. Check out the times we had together in “Raw Surfing Safari 1” and “Raw Surfing Safari 2“. Was a blessing spending time with you guys, thanks so much love it n look forward to more times!

Due to the fact that my friend and Raw Mentor Dr Doug Graham has been working on a recipe book (unbeknownst to me) with “simply delicious” in the title I have switch my “101 simply Delicious Recipes” to my newly titled “101 Frickin’ Rawsome Recipes“. I also have been busy updating and expanding my “101” book into “151 Frickn’ Rawsome Recipes” with a expanded 2000 word intro in order to be published by a mainstream publishing company.  I am really excited by this, my Publicist and literary agent right now are working to secure a great publisher!

Loving Saskatoon family time, enjoying tons of yoga practice at One Yoga one of my favorite yoga studios ever with the most amazing yoga teacher Britannica Lightfoot!!! Much love to you Brit, check her out at her most awesome expansive animal rights raw vegan awareness raising Yoga site… Love love love it! 🙂

For my Brothers 37th birthday I bough him and his family 24 boxes of 4 different flavors of Almond Milk in order to help them get off of cows milk. Cows milk especially in the form it is in these days is really one of the worse foods one could eat, especially with the foods that are normally eaten with it. While boxed almond milk isnt something I would drink I do think its important to help people by supporting them in the changes they are willing to make rather than attempting to force changes they are not ready to make. It was great to see my bro and his kids enjoying the Almond milk moving toward letting go of cows milk completely. For more info on the horrid realities surrounding milk check https://notmilk.com.

My good friend Brent asked me to come skate his mini ramp in his garage one sunny day. We had a really great session, thanks Brent. I managed to get a few fun skate clips along with landing and filming my very first ever switch blunt, seriously something I have been trying for over 15 years. Just goes to show a old dog can learn new tricks!!! Love it!

Showcasing more than a few awesome simple raw recipes including “Passionate Powerful Pineapple Burgers” as well as a sneak peak into my upcoming “Cravings Busters Transitional Recipes” in there. Check em out!

Passionate Powerful Pineapple Burgers!

1 head Iceberg lettuce

4 tomatoes

1/2 red pepper

1/2 pineapple

cilantro to taste

lime to taste

1 avocado (optional)

Peel back Iceberg leafs until you have many “buns” to place toppings on. Slice half of the tomatoes placing one on the bottom. Slice the pineapple into rounds placing one on top of the tomato. Dice the remaining tomatoes tossing with diced red pepper lime and cilantro to make a salsa. Top with optional avocado slices, salsa and finally another slice of tomato and leaf or two of iceberg! Enjoy!!!!!

How about this one!!

Sweet Blue Date

Grande Size (1600 cal +)

1/2 lb Medjule dates

6 Banana’s

1 – 2 cups frozen Blueberries

Water to desired thickness

Banana’s first then pit the dates and add blueberries. Blend well adding as much water as needed!! If your not a seasoned sweet eater you may wish to cut this recipe in half or at the least get in a intense physical workout first to help metabolize this many sweet calories! Sooo Good!

Hope you really enjoy the video and the recipes tons!!!
