  2. These recipes look fab.  I am getting a little bored of plain, although I have to say that grabbing a couple fruits on the run, make a healthy life a no brainer.  Love your site and am looking forward to whatever books you send our way.  I just read one of the free downloads.  Great info.  Thanks for offering them.  Lynn

    1. Most stoked you enjoy, Tis great to have a arsenal on hand of more elaborate yet easy n tasty LFRV recipes 🙂 MOre to come, enjoy much plsf ck

  3. I would like to know if I can be raw vegan and still eat the indian food and things other than just fruits and salads?  I eat emotionally and to block out sadness and lonliness, and not sure how to overcome that.

    1. Blessings Dani 🙂 For sure you can be Raw Vegan and enjoy either some LFRV east indian recipes, or be High Raw vegan n Make some simple cooked ones. My 101 Frickin Rawsome Recipes has a bunch of fun dishes and many books I am in development with have tons too. I am just putting together a “TRA Retreat Treats” ebook and it has 2 east indian dishes from my collection, “Coco Butter Veggies” and “Sag Veganeer” in it 🙂 With Emotional Eating.. first I have a few posts on this, but really what it comes down to is either A) coming into acceptance of what your feeling, Loving it, sitting with it and allowing that feeling to be honoured and transmuted, or B) finding another more helpful habit to “burn up” that energy, such as something Active, or Fully incative.. Sport, a walk, Talking or sleep..
KNowing that Anything we Stuff down with Food only festers and grows to be a bigger deal later, for me, helps a bunch. Taking everything we feel as a gift, something to be fully felt and aknowledged, imho is the surest way to move through it.
