  • .75 lb Persimmons
  • 1 Tbsp Cardamom dash
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon dash

  • Shred all of the bok choy, 1 of the asian pears and cube 1 persimmon mixing together in a big bowl.
  • Blend the remaining pear and persimmon till smooth, pour over top of slaw, add a dash of cardamom and/or cinnamon and mix well.
