If you’ve ever wondered how to stay raw in any circumstances, you’re not alone. In this post, I’ll share insights from my years on the raw food path, as well as wisdom from my inspiring friend Lissa @RawFoodRomance. In winter, produce might be less abundant or more expensive, and the cold can make raw food less appealing. One of the best ways to tackle this is to focus on gratitude for what you can get. Celebrate the bananas, apples, or dates you do have access to, rather than longing for tropical fruit. Remember, learning how to stay raw in any circumstances means making the best of what’s available, not waiting for perfect conditions.
Practical winter tips:
Eat enough to keep your metabolism up.
Use a blender to gently warm soups and stews.
