Chunky BanApple Pudding Recipe

I gotta say, I Just LOVE Banana pudding.

To Celebrate let’s make some Chunky BanApple Pudding?

For years it has been a go-to lunch recipe for me and in fact one year I had planned to try to make a Guinness world record banana pudding at the Woodstock Fruit Festival as head Chef – ps Get $100 off the next festival if it’s your first time by using my code “banana”! I actually even reached out to Guinness to try to make that happen but they weren’t too favorable about my basic raw vegan banana pudding and only wanted to do it if it was the traditional cooked version…

Either way, and despite not having a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest banana pudding I really hope you LOVE this version as much as I do!

Banana pudding is a decadent classic Southern dessert that’s been around for well over a century. It’s a sweet and creamy treat beloved by many that are typically made with vanilla pudding, sliced bananas, and vanilla wafer cookies. While it’s a classic dessert, like many dessert recipes the traditional version of banana pudding is not really the healthiest option at all as it often contains dairy products, processed sugar, and refined flour.

But fear not, I got your back and have created much healthier and more ethical versions of banana pudding such as my Chunky BanApple Pudding Below, as well as my original Chunky Banana Porridge Recipe Here! Both of these raw vegan banana pudding/porridge variations are made with whole-food, plant-based ingredients such as Bananas, Apples, and dates and/or raisins, and are free of animal products and refined sugar. By choosing these delicious raw vegan banana puddings, you’re not only doing your body a huge favor by consuming nutrient-dense whole-food ingredients but also making a much more ethical choice that benefits the environment and shows your love of animals.

When you choose raw vegan ingredients, especially eco, organic, or bio ingredients, instead of processed foods or animal products, you’re reducing your carbon footprint and supporting sustainable farming practices. Many of the ingredients used in raw vegan recipes can be purchased in bulk or from local farmers’ markets, which can vastly reduce the amount of packaging waste generated and supports small-scale, environmentally conscious agriculture. Additionally, choosing a plant-based diet can help reduce the hugely devastating impact of factory farming on animals and the environment, every dollar makes a difference.

In a sweet and simple summary, this easy-to-make raw vegan Chunky BanApple Pudding is not only a healthier and more nutritious option than traditional banana pudding, but it’s also an ethical choice that supports a sustainable and compassionate way of living. By choosing to make and eat raw vegan banana pudding, you’re making a positive impact on your health, the environment, and animals. So go ahead, and indulge in a guilt-free dessert that’s not only as good for you as it is for the planet, but can also be an entire healthy meal that’s tough to beat!
