Kelly’s story is truly inspiring, and in our interview, she opens up about her personal journey to creating @fitrawlife. She shares how she went from being a highly active gymnast and cheer squad captain to losing her way in college, falling into unhealthy habits with food, alcohol, and smoking. Before she turned 30, Kelly found herself 41 pounds overweight, battling constant bronchitis, and not recognizing the person in the mirror.

It was during a pivotal moment on a beach in Mexico, watching others run as she nursed a hangover, that she realized she wanted more from life. Starting with small steps like daily walks and tracking her food, she slowly began to reclaim her health. Over time, Kelly got certified in sports nutrition and group fitness, shedding the weight and diving deep into nutrition to discover what truly worked for her.

After stumbling upon Dr. Robert Morse just before the global shutdowns in 2020, Kelly’s approach to health shifted radically. She tried his fruit and herb detox for three months and was amazed by how great she felt—experiencing results she didn’t even expect. Over the past four years, she has embraced a high raw lifestyle, blending raw plant-based meals with a focus on fitness, weight training, and health optimization for women.

Kelly realized that while there were plenty of resources out there for men, there was a gap in raw food and fitness guidance tailored specifically for women. That’s why she created @fitrawlife—to offer women the tools and inspiration to thrive on a raw lifestyle, build muscle, and streamline their own health journeys.
