My Go-To Sunday Reset Routine

We all have those mornings. You wake up and you are just… tired. Not sure how to start the day, not sure you even want to. That is exactly when this Sunday reset routine earns its keep. I have been coming back to this again and again for years, and honestly it works every single time. The best part? While I call it my Sunday reset routine, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from using it any morning of the week. Monday reset routine, Wednesday reset routine, random Tuesday when life has been a lot… it is all fair game. Whenever you need it, it is here.

Here is exactly what it looks like.


🛸 Step One: Get on the Bellicon

After bouncing I head outside. Bare feet in the grass, a little walk, some fresh air, flowers if I am lucky. No agenda, no phone, just moving through the world for a few minutes and letting the nervous system settle. This part of the Sunday reset routine is simple and completely free and somehow always underrated. Something about feet on the earth just completes the picture.

Then it is smoothie time. My go-to today for this Sunday reset routine is my Grape Banana Smoothie, one of my all time favourites, sweet, creamy, stupid simple, and absolutely perfect after bouncing and a walk outside. I blend everything up in the almighty Vitamix, which at this point is basically a permanent fixture in my kitchen. Nothing else comes close for silky smooth results, especially with frozen bananas in the mix.
