Within this Video I bring you behind the scenes for a Segment on Raw foodists on Cooking Channel. Its was a rare treat to get a chance like that! My good friend Stacy was kind enough to invite Helena and I to enjoy the spotlight with her as they filmed her for this show. The Raw foodist segment airs in a series of shows about alternative diets on October 22nd, Friday evening at 9 pm eastern time.
From there much more fun fruit foraging with Courtney, life of a gangster in a fig tree, skating with Mickey Papa and to the Armageddon at The Berrics!!!
