Now, let’s explore the three key tricks to help those who say they can’t stick to a raw diet:

  1. Turn Fast Food into Quick Raw Meals

One of the biggest challenges people face when transitioning to a raw diet is the perception that it’s time-consuming. We talked about how raw foods can actually be the ultimate fast food. From simple fruit bowls, mono meals, and smoothies to quick stews and salads with pre-washed and or frozen veggies and greens, there are numerous ways to make raw meals convenient and accessible.

  1. Harness the Power of Greens

We discussed the importance of incorporating plenty of leafy greens into your diet. Not only are they nutrient powerhouses, but they can also help reduce inflammation and cravings. Samantha shared some creative ways to make greens more appealing, even for those who aren’t naturally drawn to them.

  1. Transform Cravings into Creative Raw Treats

One of the most insightful parts of our conversation was about dealing with cravings. Instead of fighting them, we explored how to channel those desires into creating delicious raw alternatives. From raw vegan desserts to savory dishes that mimic cooked favorites, there are endless possibilities for satisfying your taste buds while sticking to raw principles.

Throughout the interview, Samantha and I emphasized the importance of listening to your body and finding a balance that works for you. We both agreed that the key to long-term success with a raw food diet is making it enjoyable and sustainable for your lifestyle.

Whether you’re just starting out on your raw food journey or looking to recommit to this vibrant way of eating, I hope you’ll find these tricks helpful. Remember, it’s not about an ideal of perfection, but rather bout making choices that you love, that nourish your body and make you feel your best!
