Cotton Candy Shake Recipe

I’ve got a new favorite raw vegan recipe that I just had to share with you…

This cotton candy shake that’s out of this world!

I just thought of it and tried it for the first time last week, and honestly, I couldn’t believe how simple yet amazing it was.

So what makes this Cotton Candy Shake so special?

It’s the perfect blend of sweet, creamy, and refreshing, and the best part is how easy it is to make. It has all the best parts of a smoothie but with that thick, creamy, almost ice-cream-like texture of a shake. If you’re wondering about the difference between a smoothie and a shake, it really comes down to texture and temperature. A smoothie is typically room temperature or slightly cool, while a shake is thicker and colder, closer to a classic ice cream shake.

For the recipe itself, it’s super simple. All you need is cotton candy grapes and frozen bananas. I like to use a ratio of 2 parts grapes to 1 part frozen bananas, but if you want a thicker, creamier texture, you can go with a 50/50 mix. The cotton candy grapes give it that magical, nostalgic sweetness, while the frozen bananas add the perfect level of creaminess. Just toss them in the blender and blend until smooth. You’ve got yourself a delicious, raw vegan treat that’ll satisfy any sweet craving.

Now, if you can’t find cotton candy grapes, don’t worry! Any sweet, seedless grapes will do the trick. I recommend seedless for a smoother experience—plus, there’s no need to be concerned about eating seedless fruits. Cotton candy grapes and seedless grapes, in general, aren’t GMO, whether they’re organic or conventional, so you can enjoy them without any worries.
