I’ve got a new favorite raw vegan recipe that I just had to share with you…

This cotton candy shake that’s out of this world!

I just thought of it and tried it for the first time last week, and honestly, I couldn’t believe how simple yet amazing it was.

It’s actually a twist on one of my favorite smoothies from my “21-Day Fall Meal Plan“!

So what makes this Cotton Candy Shake so special?

Now, if you can’t find cotton candy grapes, don’t worry! Any sweet, seedless grapes will do the trick. I recommend seedless for a smoother experience—plus, there’s no need to be concerned about eating seedless fruits. Cotton candy grapes and seedless grapes, in general, aren’t GMO, whether they’re organic or conventional, so you can enjoy them without any worries.
