Optimal and Lazy Morning Routines!

In this video, I share my current optimal and lazy morning routines as well as the inspirations for both!

Morning Routines are a dime a dozen, and with good reason

Having both a productive and a lazy morning exercise routine can be incredibly valuable. A productive morning routine can help set the tone for the rest of the day, allowing you to tackle your tasks with a clear head and a sense of accomplishment. On the other hand, a lazy morning exercise routine can help you relax and destress, making it easier to remain focused throughout the day.

By having both routines, you can ensure you are getting the most out of your day. A productive morning routine can give you the energy and motivation to push through your tasks, while a lazy morning routine can provide much-needed relaxation and allow you to recharge. This helps you stay energized and productive throughout the day while giving yourself time to relax and unwind.

Overall, having both productive and lazy morning exercise routines can be incredibly beneficial for maintaining a healthy balance and ensuring you can take on the day with a clear head and a sense of accomplishment. Choosing exercises you enjoy is important, as this will make it easier to stick with them and help you stay motivated.

Next, I got Into some skipping to condition, warm up the joints, and help with lymph drainage!

Xero shoes are my fave minimalist vegan shoes out there with zero heel drop for structural alignment and strengthening! I have been wearing them for over a decade and they have helped me strengthen my ankles, knees, and whole body reducing pain from old injuries and fallen arches. I then used a slant board to do various movements to help rehab my knees and increase ankle mobility and overall strength I have been vastly influenced by Ben Patrick, aka the Knees Over Toes Guy; I highly recommend checking out @KneesOverToesGuy on IG Here  and Knees Over Toes Guy on YT Here 

I also went into some loaded mobility and flexibility that I have learned from and been very inspired by the crew at Unity Gym; check out Unity Gym IG Here  and Unity Gym on YT Here 

After that, I finished up with some hanging from a chin-up bar, which I have found incredibly helpful in reducing back pain from a previous fracture in conjunction with yoga, chiropractic, slow growth in squats, deadlifts, and more strength-building exercises.

After this, it is a nice shower, breakfast preparation, computer work, and breakfast.
