Next I got Into some skipping to condition, warm up the joints and help with lymph drainage!

I have been wearing them for over a decade and they have helped me strengthen my ankles, knees and whole body reducing pain from old injuries and fallen arches. I then used a slant board to do various movements to help rehab my knees, increase ankle mobility and overall strength that I have been vastly influenced by Ben Patrick aka the Knees Over Toes Guy, I highly recommend checking out @KneesOverToesGuy on IG Here and Knees Over Toes Guy on YT Here
After which I finished up with some hanging from a chin-up bar, which I have found incredibly helpful in reducing back pain from a previous fracture in conjuncture with yoga, chiropractic and a slow growth in squats, deadlifts and more strength building.
After this its a nice shower, preparing breakfast, some computer work and finally breakfast.
