Mukbang or meokbang ( hangul : 먹방 ; literally “food broadcast”) is an internet phenomenon originating in South Korea , which involves eating food while the eater records himself with a camera and speaks to the audience.

Normally this revolves around very large to obscene amounts of unhealthy food often with negative health outcomes for those that make these videos. My wish is to connect with some of that audience and showcase that you can eat very large amounts of healthful food with great health results, hopefully helping people make healthier choices.
