Just got back from the breathtaking

2025 Sweden Rawsome Retreat

And I’m still buzzing with gratitude and joy. It was such a blessing to share this space with beautiful souls from near and far, all coming together to deepen health, connection, and compassion while thriving on our beloved raw vegan lifestyle.

I really hope you enjoy the Vlog a ton. It’s been a while since I have shared one, and I gotta say it was as much fun as it looked!

We kicked things off with a vibrant lunch feast loaded with juicy mangoes, sweet grapes, and all the fruit you could dream of, such a perfect way to gather and feel the energy flow through the group. After a heartfelt opening circle, we rolled up our sleeves for the legendary Frickin’ Rawsome pizza party. I love sharing my secrets for quick, low-fat, no-fuss raw pizza crusts, as well as cooked, textured toppings that are still raw, which come together beautifully in the trusty Excalibur dehydrator (available here: Excalibur Dehydrator).

Those first evening hours flowed into an in-depth Q&A, where we unpacked myths, shared tips, and explored ways to make the lifestyle easier and more enjoyable, because, in my opinion, that’s what it’s really all about. Afterwards, we relaxed in the sauna, letting the warmth and calm wash over us.

Mornings started with energy awareness, invoking Kendalini Yoga to tune in, tune up, and awaken the energy body and spirit. Following yoga, juicy fruit breakfasts set the scene for more soulful conversations, as we dive into food combining, bust misconceptions, and ground ourselves in raw vegan truths.

Our afternoons invited exploration, gentle nature walks, time in the ocean, relaxed chats, and indulgent, sweet fruit lunches, reminding us just how sweet and joyful raw living can be. Evenings brought savory cravings busters, showcasing energizing dinners, including one of my favourite recipes of all time Cocobutter Veggies 2.0, paired with practical strategies to make this lifestyle stress-free and fun. Every night closed with open Q&A sessions, where no question was too big or small, creating a space to share, laugh, learn, and grow.

Animal love was woven through the whole retreat. Anna’s adorable, cuddly bunnies melted hearts daily, and feeding apples to the gentle sheep brought smiles and embodied the deep compassion at the heart of choosing this lifestyle.
