I also give out a challenge asking someone to weigh and measure the volume of a average day of raw food for a 3000 calorie diet, and then match that against a Standard American day’s worth of food including all drinks and water assuming they would maintain the same level of hydration. My estimates put them almost identical minus the extra finer in the whole food diet. I don’t drink too much water on average, often a few sips to a litter per day. Of course this all depends on what type of fruits I am eating, how active I am that day as well as the climate n a few other variables. A good rule of thumb with Hydration is that its optimal to urinate a clear steady stream about 8 – 12 times in a 24 hour period. Count away today weeee!!!
