While we all know that taking a break from time to time is beneficial for health most people feel its a luxury they simply can not afford. Todays fast paced world breeds a society that reveres overexertion and stimulants, almost puts bravado on wearing ourselves thin…

After making a video every week for almost 7 years I just took my first big break and have come back after nearly 2 months off!!

Taking the time to relax and rejuvenate is so important for ones health, in this video I delve into the topic of taking a break and share what I have been up to over the last few months off of making videos.
Fresh from the Saskatchewan snow I headed to Costa Rica to head up two Raw Food Retreats and connect with friends new and old.

Early January I held my first Raw Food n Yoga Skateboard camp near Mount Chiripo at the wonderful Finca Mia!Click the Photo to check out a short video from the retreat and learn more!

  During the last few days of January and all of February was spent on the beach just hanging out and surfing with friends, seriously the biggest full on break I have had in years!
In March I came up to my favorite place in the world, The Farm of Life to help on their First over official “Into The Light” Retreat, I gotta say it was a powerful transformative week and I am excited to help out on their future retreats next year!! More on that Later!

Mid March brought on my Raw Food n Yoga Surf adventure retreat!

I feel so SO blessed to be taking part in so many amazing festivals coming up this year in Sweden, Croatia, Denmark and NY!
