June 18 – 21st I will be in Sweden share via Lecture on Raw foods, a Food Demo (My Two Favorite Curries from Thai to East Indian) and 3 Yoga Classes!

July 16 – 19th I am so so excited for the Fresh Food Festival in Denmark!! I feel quite blessed to flow as the Head Chef, put on Food Demos, Teach Yoga, lead a few Lectures as well as teach a Skateboarding Class!
